In today is Ann Marie’s new (used?) face lifted IS250 in black. While only a few months old, it seems that the paint has seen better days… until today! Unfortunately there were already some RIDS and bird poop etchings from over the past half year or so of ownership, which were too late to remove. However now with Opticoat Pro installed, her car will be protected for pretty much the life of her ownership, and perhaps for her daughter to enjoy in about 10 years as well!

Thanks for coming all the way down from Sacramento!

In all honesty, I had no idea what a Chevy SS was when my neighbor approached me to coat his new car. I have heard it start up every so often though. This thing grumbles, and from what he’s described to me thus far, is an amazingly fun car to drive. Inside the hood of this thing lies a 6.3L engine, secured on a E39 M5 chassis. This thing is a sleeper!

I’ve always liked red cars, particularly reds that blend right in with tail lights. In today is Phil’s new (used) Chevy Volt. For a used car, overall – the car was in pretty good shape. There were a few trouble areas that needed a little more work, but the car came out very nice after a two step polish, and finally topped off with CS-II Titanium. I’ve been slowly pushing this coating more and more lately as I have been quite impressed with the gloss and protection that this coating provides. It also goes on much thicker than the other popular coating that I offer. Check out the pix!

Back again today is Arpan’s white Model S, who was unfortunate to be involved in an accident a few months back. But the good news is that the car kept him safe!

It’s always nice to have friends who support you — I’ve been getting to that age where most of my friends are purchasing new vehicles, and their first thoughts upon purchasing is for me to bless them with a coating. In today is Herman’s kinda-new black Audi Alltrack. Love the way this car looks; rugged but still holding the Audi elegance.

2017 Audi Q7 (Grey)

Very rarely do I get return customers nowadays – I hope it’s not that I do bad work – but it is just the nature of long-lasting coatings. When they do come back, it’s usually because they purchased a new car, or they had something repainted and wanted to get it coated too. I coated Lachlan’s Model S just a little under a year ago, and in today is his new Q7 with the black optics package (looks bad-ass!). This car will spend a lot more time in the outdoors, and Lachlan has had very good rapport with his coated Model S, so it only made sense to get his new Q7 coated as soon as possible!

2017 Chevrolet Volt (Blue)

Your best supporters are your friends and colleagues. In today is Blakes new Chevy Volt. I went to college with Blake years ago, and also worked on his V-dubb that was bought-back by the company a few years ago. He just got himself a new place, passed his professional engineers licensing test, got a new car, and now has Opticoat Pro+ on his new ride. Life couldn’t get any better for this guy!

2017 Tesla Model X (Blue)

Pardon the delayed post; seems Wordpress has been getting hacked lately, and so I had to do some behind the scene security updates. In this past week was Ankur’s new Model X, which unfortunately been rear ended weeks before our appointment. We decided to go ahead and coat the front 2/3 of the car and the inside before more risk is incurred, and for the rear end to get coated after the body shop finishes the work.

Overall, the car was in fair condition, and there were already some unfixable defects by means of polishing from who knows where; few door dings; rockers chipped from what seems like off-roading. Otherwise, the paint was brought back to it’s 90%+ presentable condition prior coating with Opticoat Pro+. Interior got the Optiguard leather + Fabric treatment as well.

2012 BMW M3 (Jet Black)

Gotta love a freshly polished jet black car! It’s been a while since I’ve done a multi-day job; had the opportunity to spread this workload out over 3 days at my leisure. We were able to achieve a ~90% correction using a two step polish and topping the car with Opticoat Pro for many many years of protection.

Trying something new today… that is CS-II Titanium Coating on my girlfriends new Outback. Let me say that the gloss as part of the result of this new coating is unreal! We will slowly begin offering this new coating to the market as alternative options. Also available is CS-II Ceramic, which would be more comparable to OCP/OCP+. We’ve still some testing to do, but our experiences thus far with this company and products have been nothing but superior. Stay tuned…! You may be seeing more and more of this coating in the near future!
