I say black looks best a lot, but to be honest white just might look better than black, and it comes with “less” maintenance. In today is Ronald’s new Model S. We went for a full debadge with a front license plate removal for a cleaner look. I’ll have to agree that Tesla should’ve just left the badges off!

Does anyone know where to find a 5 node security socket? I’ve been searching and searching and searching for a socket/bit head that fits Tesla’s security front license plate bolt, but have not had no luck. A 9/16″ 12-pt socket works with a little wiggle, but life would be so much easier if they made key for it, or used a standard bolt. Anyways, in today is Arpan’s new white Model S for the new car prep with Opticoat Pro+. I’ve mentioned this many times before, but I’ll say it again – I love working on Model S’s due to their sleak and smooth lines making it quite easy to polish!

Aside from the multicoat red, the latest shade of blue by Tesla is probably the best looking color available.. especially with a layer of Opticoat Pro! Overall, Nuwan’s new Tesla was in pretty good shape; some very minor swirling that came right off, and just one particular sanding spot left over from the factory.

Haven’t done a red one in a while…! Almost forgot how good it looks after a good polish and some OCP+!

Here comes the wave 2017 facelifted Model S’s! Overall, I like the new sleek front end, but what I dislike (and this is arguable) is that they done away with the the lower plastics; particularly at the rear end where the Model S’s are notorious being extra dirty… something to do with the wind draft back there. While the painted parts do look better, it will require some additional maintenance and care by the owners to ensure that those parts do not get scratched. Thanks Jeff for bringing your Model S in straight from the factory!
